Transfer-Credit Options for Select Graduate Degree Programs

NMHU accepts up to six hours of transfer credits for a selection of our online master’s degrees. It’s an opportunity to build on your previous education, potentially completing your program in less time and with more cost-effective tuition. Details for individual online degree programs include:

  • Transfer credits for the online MBA are accepted from programs with ACBSP and AACSB accreditation
  • For the online MSN–FNP, transfer credits are approved for the Advanced Clinical Pathophysiology course

Your program duration will depend on the graduate degree that you choose. For instance, our MBA programs and our Advanced Standing MSW appeal to professionals interested in completing a master’s program online in 12 to 24 months. Meanwhile, you can complete our traditional online MSW and MSN–FNP programs in 2-3 years.

Many of our master’s degree programs accept credits accrued at other on-campus and online graduate schools. Our online MBA program accepts up to six transfer credits from programs with accreditation from ACBSP or AACSB. Additionally, transfer credits are approved for the Advanced Clinical Pathophysiology course in the online MSN–FNP program.
